Shipping policy

PROCESSING TIME:

orders are processed within 2-3 business days ( excluding weekends and holidays) 

during launches, sales, or holidays, processing may take slightly longer due to high order volume.

SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES:

shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days after processing.

expedited options may be available at checkout. afterpay options will be available as well. please note: delivery times are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.

ORDER TRACKING 

once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update.

 

INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS:

customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. herstaycollection is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional fees due to incorrect or incomplete address.

 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

once an order is marked delivered by the carrier, herstaycollection is not liable for lost or stolen packages. if your package is missing please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.
