Refund policy

ELIGIBILITY:

returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging.

for safety reasons, worn or used items will not be accepted, and no refund or exchanges will be given.

sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

 

PROCESS:

please reach out to us at (833)952-4997 with your order number and reason for return request.

once accepted, you will receive instructions on where to ship your return

customer will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

 

EXCHANGES:

please read the description of each item, and the sizing chart to ensure you are picking the correct size. at this time, we do not process exchanges. if you ordered the wrong size during checkout, please reach out to customer service number so that we can correct the issue before shipping. if you fail to correct it, no exchanges will be provided. 

we can not exchange products due to safety reasons.
